These terms explain how to use Brand Boost Botswana, a marketplace connecting customers with local shops and international suppliers. Please also read our Privacy Policy.

Accounts and acceptable use

Provide accurate account information, keep your password secure and notify us if you suspect unauthorised access. Do not misuse the website, interfere with its operation, impersonate others, post unlawful content or use another person's information without authority.

Products and orders

Products are offered by participating shops. Product information, availability and prices may change. Check your order details before submitting it. An order may be affected by stock availability or errors; contact the shop or the platform if there is a problem.

Prices, payments and delivery

Prices and amounts shown at checkout are in Botswana pula (BWP). Available payment methods are shown at checkout; an order remains pending payment until payment is confirmed or cash is collected. A delivery preference is not a courier booking or a guarantee of availability. Each shop arranges delivery. Where a delivery charge is unconfirmed, it is excluded from the order amount and must be agreed and paid separately with the shop. Where collection is available, contact each shop to confirm the location and time.

Returns and refunds

Contact the shop about a return or an order problem. For paid orders, a refund request may be submitted from the order page for review. A request or approval is not itself a payment; refunds are recorded after the payment is made. These terms do not remove any rights or remedies you may have under applicable consumer protection law.

Seller content and intellectual property

Shops are responsible for the information and content they provide. Do not copy or use website content, brands or product materials without the permission of their respective owners, except as permitted by law.

Service and changes

We may update the marketplace or these terms and may restrict access where necessary to protect users or the service. Availability may be interrupted for maintenance or reasons outside our control. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limits your statutory rights.
